Preamble
These terms and conditions have been prepared and approved to protect the rights of the company and the influencer, to ensure there is no conflict of interest among all parties, and to guarantee the quality of the services provided by Khuta Company.

First: The preamble is considered an integral part of this electronic contract.

Second: The agreed-upon amount will be transferred to the correct bank account provided in the form.

Third: The influencer must not mention the brand negatively in the advertisement. If they are dissatisfied with the company's advertised services or products, they may decline to promote them, in which case they will not be entitled to any financial compensation.

Fourth: All personal information and the bank account number provided must be 100% accurate, and the influencer bears full responsibility for any errors in this regard. The influencer’s acceptance of the terms and conditions and submission of the form shall be considered as signing this contract.

Fifth: The influencer must be officially licensed by Mawthooq Platform to advertise in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Khuta and its partners bear no financial liability or fines related to the influencer’s license.
